Crystal Lake, IL.- Multiple people were injured following a multi vehicle accident Wednesday in Crystal Lake.
The accident occurred on July 23 at the intersection of Ackman Road and Huntley Road.
Emergency crews responded after receiving reports of injuries and significant vehicle damage.
According to scanner reports, one of the vehicles left the roadway during the collision.
Authorities said moderate to heavy damage was reported, and three ambulances were requested to assist those involved.
The number of people injured and the severity of their injuries have not been released.
