The accident occurred on August 3 at the intersection of Highway 29 and Neal Road.
Authorities said the collision involved a Honda Civic, a Nissan Pathfinder, and a Ford F-150.
The accident temporarily closed the northbound lanes of Highway 29 while emergency crews responded to the scene and cleared the roadway.
