Albuquerque, N.M. – A woman riding an e-scooter was killed in a crash on Tuesday evening in Albuquerque.
According to the Albuquerque Police Department, the crash happened in the parking lot of the Via Apartments at 4321 Montgomery Boulevard at around 9:50 p.m.
The woman was riding an e-scooter northbound when she was struck by a purple Chevrolet Malibu traveling south in the parking lot.
The woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the Chevrolet Malibu remained at the scene and cooperated with the police.
