Albuquerque, N.M. – A man was killed in a three-vehicle crash on Thursday evening in Albuquerque.
According to the Albuquerque Police Department, the accident happened at Eubank Boulevard and Lyton Avenue at around 6:50 p.m.
A silver Kia sedan was eastbound on Layton when it reportedly ran a red light and was t-boned by a gray Jeep traveling southbound on Eubank.
The Jeep continued southbound and to the left and struck a Volkswagen that was northbound on Eubank.
The driver of the Kia was taken to the hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
The driver of the Jeep sustained minor injuries.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
