Omak, WA. – Three people, including a child, were injured in a Saturday evening car accident in Omak.
The accident happened around 4:52 p.m. on State Route 97 near milepost 291, according to the Washington State Patrol.
A 40-year-old man from Tonasket was driving a black Subaru Forester when he allegedly ran a red light at the intersection and struck a silver Toyota RAV4, driven by a 42-year-old Omak woman.
Both drivers and a child in a Toyota were injured and were taken to the hospital for treatment.
More details about the accident were not released.
