Two people injured in collision on State Route 17 in Grant County

Moses Lake, WA. – Two people were injured in a Friday evening car accident in Moses Lake, Grant County.
According to the Washington State Patrol, the accident happened on State Route 17 at around 5:20 p.m.
Gideon E. Tuller, 17, was driving a sedan when he crashed into the rear of another vehicle driven by Serafin Corona, 72.
The impact of the collision caused Corona’s vehicle to rear-end a station wagon driven by Silvino S. Hernandez, 60.
Corona was taken to Samaritan Hospital in Moses Lake with unknown injuries.
58-year-old Angela Hernandez-Espinoza was riding in Hernandez’s car and was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
Tuller was cited for causing the chain-reaction collision by following too closely.
More details about the accident were not released.
