Police said they found a small passenger with significant front-end and driver’s side damage and a pickup truck overturned against a house.

Fort Wayne, IN. – Two persons were hurt following a two-vehicle accident early Friday morning in Fort Wayne, according to the Fort Wayne Police Department.
The crash happened at 2:50 a.m. July 4 in the 1500 block of East Pontiac Street at Reed Street.
Police said they found a small passenger with significant front-end and driver’s side damage and a pickup truck overturned against a house.
The woman driving the passenger car sustained life-threatening injuries and was rushed to an area hospital.
The man operating the pickup truck was transported to an area hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
Authorities believed speed and alcohol played a role in the collision.
An investigation by Fort Wayne Police Department is underway.
