Peru, IL. – One person was killed after a rollover collision on Friday afternoon in Peru, according to the Illinois State Police.
The accident happened at about 2:20 p.m. on July 3, on Route 251 and North 31st Road.

One of the occupants was declared dead at the scene.
Three people were extricated and two of them flown to the hospital in Life Flight helicopters.
No other details regarding the crash were released.
The incident remains under investigation.
