Phoenix, AZ. – A 21-year-old man died after being struck by a car on Thursday morning in Phoenix.
The fatal pedestrian accident happened near 16th Street and Wier Avenue at around 5 a.m., according to the police.
Angel Gamboa-Serrano was walking across the road and was struck by a car.
The pedestrian was taken to a local hospital, where he later died.
The driver was hospitalized with minor injuries.
