Kitsap County, WA. – Authorities are investigating a fatal head-on collision involving a U-Haul in Gorst on Saturday afternoon.
The fatal collision happened on State Route 3 at West Sam Christopherson Avenue at around 2:45 p.m., according to Washington State Patrol.
