Kokomo, IN. – One person was seriously injured in a car accident early Thursday morning in Kokomo.
According to the police, the accident happened around 1:26 a.m. near the intersection of Alto Road and Lafountain Street.
A box truck and a passenger vehicle were involved in the collision. The events leading up to the accident, however, were not immediately determined.
EMS and local fire department crews arrived at the scene and found one person unconscious at the scene.
The victim was transported to the hospital with serious injuries.
More details about the accident were not released.
