Who Is Liable in a Large Truck Accident?
Determining who is liable following a major traffic accident that involves a commercial truck can be a complicated process, as there are often many parties involved. Those parties can include the driver, the truck driver’s employer, the truck company’s insurance provider and legal team, the company that manufactured parts of the truck, as well as the drivers and passengers of any other vehicles involved.
