“When I first walked in I had no idea what I was doing; it was my first car accident. I happened to have no insurance and I didn’t know what to do. Brian laid it all out there for me and explained everything to where I understood it. I only spoke with Ed a couple times, but when I did he did a wonderful job in explaining every detail of what was going on.
There were times where I had some questions or concerns so I just emailed Jacque and she was fast on responding and helping me. I would also like to thank Annabelle and Paulette in doing a great job in getting things squared away and giving me a very satisfied first experience.
