Phoenix, AZ (July 22,2018)- The local authorities currently are hunting for the driver suspected of crashing into and killing a pedestrian, Joseph Schott, late Friday night in Phoenix.
At around 10:30 p.m. authorities responded to reports of a crash around Dunlap and 35th avenues.
27-year-old Joseph Schott was crossing, mid-block, 35th Avenue when a car travelling south when he was struck.
Schott died at the scene of the accident. According to authorities, the driver fled the scene immediately following the crash. Police appear to be searching for a white Mercedes-Benz C320, specifically with front-end damage.
