Tolleson, AZ (July 15th)– A Tolleson crash is currently under investigation after two adults and four children went to the hospital Sunday morning. The collision occurred around 91st and Superior Avenues shortly after midnight, according to the Phoenix Fire Department.
According to the Arizona police, a 28-year-old woman was travelling near the intersection of 91st and Superior Avenues. She drove over the raised median and crashed into a 2009 Hyundai Accent driving northbound on 91st Avenue.
Four children ages 10-15 were taken to nearby trauma centers, where all but one was pronounced in stable condition; one reportedly was in unstable condition according to the Phoenix Fire Department. Two adults that were involved also traveled to the trauma centers in stable condition.
Impairment doesn’t appear to have been a factor in the crash according to local authorities.
