I enjoyed working with Sara W. She was always prompt in responding to my calls, emails and answered all my questions – I wish I had a chance to meet her in person. As for Richard Hutchison, he was very caring and genuinely concerned about my well being. He was honest and made me feel like he presented the option available. They were both great. -Margaret F.
