When I first called Lerner and Rowe I was miserable and not sure who to turn to about the accident or what my first step was. During my call the person over the phone advised me that everything would be taken care of and to try and not stress anymore. My case manager Araceli was great, even though I called and e-mailed her nonstop she always replied and never seemed stressed or bothered. Thank you! And my attorney wasn’t too happy with my first settlement and kept pushing the other insurance. Thank you as well, because God knows I needed this and it came at the right time. -Anonymous
