Tucson, AZ.- Two people were hospitalized following a two vehicle accident Monday in Tucson, according to the Tucson Police Department.

The accident occurred on August 17 at the intersection of Grant Road and Rosemont Boulevard.

Police responded to the intersection following reports of a collision involving two vehicles.

One person suffered life threatening injuries in the accident and was transported to a local hospital for treatment.

A second person involved in the collision was also transported to a hospital as a precaution.
