The accident occurred around 7:45 p.m. on August 18 on Ogden Avenue between Wenonah Avenue and Wisconsin Avenue.
Police responded to the area and closed the roadway while emergency crews assisted those involved and investigators examined the accident scene.
Drivers were advised to avoid the affected stretch of Ogden Avenue and use alternate routes while the road remained closed.
Video shared on social media showed a large emergency response at the scene following the collision.
At least one person was seen being loaded into an ambulance for medical treatment.
