Authorities said one person was injured following an accident involving a motorcycle and a car Tuesday evening at Crystal Lake Road and Cunat Drive in McHenry.
McHenry, IL.- One person was injured following a motorcycle accident Tuesday evening in McHenry.
The accident occurred shortly before 10 p.m. on August 11 at the intersection of Crystal Lake Road and Cunat Drive.
Emergency crews responded to the scene and found the injured motorcyclist down in the roadway following the collision.
Responders immediately began providing medical assistance to the injured rider.
The driver of the car was not injured in the accident.
A medical helicopter was initially placed on standby to assist with the incident but was later canceled.
Authorities have not released additional information regarding the condition of the injured motorcyclist or whether the rider was transported to a hospital.
