Authorities said the collision involved a black pickup truck, a white sedan, and a third vehicle that was not identified in the initial report.
Emergency crews arrived to find the vehicles with minor to moderate damage. Additional emergency resources were requested to assist those involved.
The accident blocked all eastbound lanes of Fruitville Road before Beneva Road, prompting a request for traffic control.
