Police said a 26-year-old female driver was driving a white car when the vehicle crossed over into oncoming traffic and struck a silver vehicle head-on.
Jackson Park, IL. – A woman was killed, three others were injured after a head-on collision on Sunday in the Jackson Park neighborhood in Chicago.
According to the Chicago Police Department, the accident occurred a while after midnight on June 28 in the 6300-block of South Richards Drive.
Police said a 26-year-old female driver was driving a white car when the vehicle crossed over into oncoming traffic and struck a silver vehicle head-on.
The woman died in the collision.
Two white car occupants, both 25-year-old men, sustained injuries and were taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital. One of them was expected to be OK while the other suffered critical injuries.
The silver car driver, a man, was severely hurt in the accident.
