Deputies said a male pedestrian was struck by a vehicle in unclear circumstances.

Miami-Dade County, FL. – A man was killed after a traffic collision on Thursday night in Miami-Dade County, according to the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office.
The accident occurred at around 8:45 p.m. on June 25 at the 89th Place and West Flagler Street intersection.
Deputies said a male pedestrian was struck by a vehicle in unclear circumstances.
The man was taken to HCA Florida Kendall Hospital where he was listed in a critical condition. The man later succumbed to his injuries.
The male driver involved remained at the crash site after the accident.
Officials closed Flagler Street between Fontainebleau Boulevard and 92nd Avenue. Drivers were asked to avoid the area and use alternate routes.
