Miami, FL.- A Miami officer and another driver were hospitalized after a wrong-way collision early Sunday morning in Miami, according to the Miami Police.
The accident occurred at about 2:16 a.m. on June 21 on I-95.
Police said a Miami officer was driving in the northbound express lanes of I-95 when they were hit by a driver heading southbound on the northbound lanes.
The officer and the driver were transported to Jackson Memorial Hospital.
The officer was expected to be ok but the driver was listed in a critical condition.
