Huntington County, IN. – Two people were injured in a multi-vehicle crash on Saturday morning in Huntington County.

The crash happened on I-69 near mile marker 283 at around 5:30 a.m., according to the Huntington County Sheriff’s Office.

A Kia Sorento was traveling southbound on I-69 when it struck a trailer of a Walmart semi-truck.

The Kia Sorento spun out of control and stopped in the right travel lane, where it collided head-on with a Jeep.

A Ram 1500 sideswiped the Jeep Cherokee while swerving to avoid the Kia Sorento.

The driver of the Kia was ejected and was transported to the hospital for treatment of serious injuries.

The driver of the Jeep Cherokee also sustained serious injuries and was transported to the hospital for treatment.

More details about the accident were not released.
