Holmes County, FL. – A 76-year-old man of Westville was killed after a traffic collision on Wednesday afternoon in Holmes County.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the accident happened on State Road 81 at around 3:30 p.m. on June 17.
The FHP officials said a pickup driver did not yield to a slow-moving car, and it hit the rear of a tractor-trailer. The two vehicles went onto the west shoulder and rolled.
The pickup stopped on the west side of S.R. 81 while the semi halted on its side in a ditch following the collision
The semi driver, a 76-year-old, was killed in the crash.
The pickup truck driver, an 18-year-old Westville man, sustained minor injuries.
