Taylor Seaton is a personal injury attorney at Lerner and Rowe, where she represents injured individuals and their families throughout Texas and New Mexico. Licensed in both states, Ms. Seaton focuses her practice on helping clients recover compensation after serious accidents caused by the negligence of others. She is committed to providing responsive communication, personalized representation, and aggressive advocacy while guiding clients through what is often one of the most difficult periods of their lives.

Prior to joining Lerner and Rowe, Ms. Seaton practiced at a boutique personal injury firm in Amarillo, Texas, where she focused primarily on litigation matters. Her experience handling cases through the litigation process provided her with valuable insight into how cases are evaluated, developed, and presented, allowing her to strategically advocate for clients from the earliest stages of their claims.

Academic Excellence and Legal Leadership

Ms. Seaton’s dedication to excellence has been a consistent theme throughout her academic and professional career. She graduated summa cum laude from both Angelo State University and Texas Tech University School of Law, an achievement earned by only a select group of students. Upon graduating from law school, Ms. Seaton was ranked 10th overall in her class.

While attending Texas Tech University School of Law, Ms. Seaton served as the Online Editor for Volume 53 of the Texas Tech Law Review, one of the law school’s most prestigious academic organizations. 

She also served as a student attorney in the Innocence Clinic, where she worked on behalf of individuals seeking post-conviction relief. In addition, she served as President of the Criminal Law Association, Director of Special Events for the Board of Barristers, and was a member of the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society.

Early Life and Education

Born in Wichita, Kansas, Ms. Seaton lived there until 2007, when her family relocated to Big Spring, Texas. She attended McMurry University before transferring to Angelo State University.

In 2016, she graduated summa cum laude from Angelo State University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design. While attending Angelo State and McMurry University, she was a member of the university’s volleyball team and helped lead the program to an NCAA National Championship in 2012, as well as a conference championship and regional finalist finish in 2015.

Following graduation, Ms. Seaton worked as a graphic designer for a photography editing software company in Dallas, Texas. Although she enjoyed the creative aspects of design, she ultimately decided to pursue a legal career and follow in her father’s footsteps. While preparing for law school, she earned her teaching certification and taught seventh-grade English in Odessa, Texas.

Today, Ms. Seaton devotes her practice exclusively to personal injury law. She represents clients injured in motor vehicle collisions, trucking accidents, premises liability incidents, dog attacks, and other negligence-related matters. She enjoys the challenge of building strong cases and takes pride in helping clients navigate the legal process with confidence and clarity.
