According to Indiana State Police, the accident happened on U.S. 41 near Highway 59 at around 11 a.m.
A pickup truck was traveling southbound in the northbound lanes when it collided with a semi-truck.
The pickup truck driver was ejected from the vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the semi was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
