Roswell, N.M. – An off-duty Roswell police officer was injured in a crash on Monday evening in Roswell.
According to the Chaves County Sheriff’s Office, the crash happened at Darby Road and Main Street at around 6:30 p.m.
The officer reportedly failed to yield to oncoming traffic before the crash.
The off-duty officer sustained minor injuries but was not hospitalized.
