Winter Garden, FL. – One person was airlifted after a traffic collision on Wednesday morning in Winter Garden, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
The accident occurred a while after 7:00 a.m. on May 6 at SR-50.
Troopers said a sedan, a semi-truck and a 2005 Toyota Tundra hauling trailer crashed in unclear circumstances.
The driver of the sedan sustained severe injuries and was flown to the hospital for treatment.
Delays were experienced in the area to give way to a clearing operation. The roadway has since been re-opened.
