Dearborn County, IN. – An 18-year-old motorcyclist was killed in a crash on Friday morning in Dearborn County.
According to the Dearborn County Sheriff’s Office, the accident occurred on Interstate 74 near mile marker 170 at around 7:45 a.m.
A 2004 Honda was traveling westbound at high speed on I-74 when he crashed into the back of a Ford pickup truck driven by a 30-year-old Arizona man.
The man was ejected from the motorcycle and was taken to the University of Cincinnati Hospital, where he later died.
The driver of the pickup truck remained at the scene and cooperated with police.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
