The woman was arrested and booked into the Thurston County Jail on a charge of DUI Vehicular Assault.
Olympia, WA. – A 24-year-old Graham man was seriously injured in a two-vehicle collision in Olympia on Thursday morning, according to the police.
The collision occurred on State Route 510 near milepost 12.
Police said a 44-year-old Yelm woman was driving to work when she attempted to pass another vehicle, but ended up crashing into it.
The woman was arrested and booked into the Thurston County Jail on a charge of DUI Vehicular Assault.
The other driver was taken to St. Peter Hospital in Olympia with serious injuries.
No additional information was available.
Police are investigating the accident.
