Operator impairment is being considered a primary contributing factor in the crash

Harney County, OR. – One person was killed in a two-vehicle crash on Wednesday evening in Harney County, according to Oregon State Police.
The collision occurred near milepost 84 on Highway 20 at around 5:37 p.m. on December 31.
Investigators determined that a westbound Honda Accord lost control and crossed into the eastbound lane, where it clipped an oncoming Audi A6.
The impact caused the Honda to roll, ejecting the driver from the vehicle.
The Honda driver, identified as a 25-year-old Terrebonne man, was not wearing a seatbelt and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The Audi was driven by a 53-year-old Bend woman, who was reportedly uninjured.
