Powellhurst-Gilbert, OR. – One person was killed in a motorcycle accident on Friday afternoon in Powellhurst-Gilbert, according to local police.
The fatal accident happened around 5:00 p.m. near the intersection of SE 122nd Ave and SE Tibbetts St.
Police said a motorcycle collided with an e-scooter near the intersection.
The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene.
The rider of the e-scooter was taken to the hospital for treatment.
The accident closed SE 122nd between SE Division and SE Powell.
No other details were released.
