Authorities said a man in his 70s was on a mobility scooter when he was struck by an SUV
Shoreline, WA. – A man on a scooter was hit and killed by a vehicle on Wednesday evening in Shoreline, according to the authorities.
The deadly accident was reported around 7:00 p.m. on December 31, on eastbound Northeast 175th Street near 11th Avenue Northeast.
Authorities said a man in his 70s was on a mobility scooter when he was struck by an SUV.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
The SUV driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with the investigators.
Authorities are investigating the accident.
