Wolcott, IN. – One person was killed in a car accident on Wednesday morning near Wolcott.
According to the Indiana State Police, the accident happened around 12:30 a.m. on I-65 near the 198-mile marker.
A 2002 Chevrolet Avalanche was traveling southbound when the driver lost control, went off the west side of the roadway, struck a guardrail and overturned.

A passenger in the car was pronounced dead at the scene.
