The driver was later arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated

Noblesville, IN. – A woman was critically injured in a car crash on Thursday afternoon in Noblesville.
According to the Noblesville Police Department, the accident happened on Interstate 69 southbound at the 213-mile marker at around 4:50 p.m.
A 2009 Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck driven by a 21-year-old was traveling on Interstate 69 when it drifted from the left lane into the right side of the roadway and crashed into a guardrail and rolling over.
The 36-year-old Anderson woman, who was a passenger, sustained life-threatening injuries and was transported to Ascension St. Vincent Hospital.
The pick-up driver was taken to the same hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
