According to local police, the crash happened at the intersection of US-31 and State Road 10.
An 80-year-old woman was traveling westbound on State Road 10 when she failed to yield to southbound traffic on US-31 and entered the path of a southbound vehicle on US-31.

The other driver sustained minor injuries and was transported to the hospital for treatment.
