Las Vegas, NV. – A motorcyclist was seriously injured in a crash on Wednesday evening in Las Vegas.

According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, the accident happened around 5:08 p.m. at the intersection of Michael Way and Seattle Slew Drive, just north of Smoke Ranch Road.

A 30-year-old man was riding a 2020 Kawasaki motorcycle south on Michael Way when it crashed into a 2023 Chevrolet Silverado that was making a left turn.

The rider was taken to UMC with life-threatening injuries.

The driver of the car stayed at the scene and did not show any signs of impairment.

An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
