The driver of the Chevrolet and one passenger, both from California, sustained minor injuries.

Klamath County, OR. – One person was killed, and two others were injured in a two-vehicle crash in Klamath County on Tuesday evening, according to Oregon State Police.
The collision occurred on Highway 97 near milepost 255 at around 6:40 p.m. on December 16.
Investigators said a southbound Chevrolet Silverado 2500 lost control, crossed into the northbound lane, and collided head-on with a northbound Toyota Hilux.
The driver of the Toyota, a 26-year-old Chiloquin man, was pronounced dead at the scene.

A second passenger, also from California, was not injured.
The multi-vehicle crash impacted traffic in the area for about one hour as emergency crews worked at the scene.
Oregon State Police are investigating the accident.
