Indianapolis, IN. – An Indiana State Police trooper was injured in a collision on Saturday morning in Indianapolis.
According to ISP, the accident happened on I-465 near the Allisonville Road exit at around 4:07 a.m.
A pickup truck reportedly rear-ended a police cruiser that was stopped at the scene of two previous crashes involving a jackknifed semi and a passenger car.
A trooper who was sitting inside the cruiser was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
