Las Vegas, NV. – A motorcyclist died in a collision on Saturday afternoon in Las Vegas.
According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, the accident happened around 4 p.m. on Blue Diamond Road near Las Vegas Boulevard.
A motorcycle was traveling eastbound on Blue Diamond when the rider failed to negotiate the left turn at the intersection and crashed into the side of a U-Haul truck traveling east on Blue Diamond.
The motorcyclist was ejected from the bike and landed under the U-Haul truck.
The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
