Las Vegas, NV. – A woman was injured in a car crash on Wednesday afternoon in Las Vegas.
According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, the accident happened on US 95 southbound at State Route 163 at around 5:04 p.m.
A white Ford utility truck and a blue Jeep Wrangler were involved in the accident, but officials did not immediately determine the circumstances surrounding the collision.
A woman was trapped inside her car and was extricated by the emergency crews. She was airlifted to the hospital in critical condition.
No other injuries were reported.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
