Three people were taken to Tucson hospitals for treatment
Sonoita, AZ. – Three people were injured in a two-car accident in Sonoita on Tuesday, according to the AZDPS.
The accident happened on State Route 83 near Santa Rita Road.
DPS said a Nissan passenger car and a septic truck collided on the highway in unclear circumstances.
Three people were taken to Tucson hospitals for treatment.
The accident closed both directions of the highway for several hours.
The Arizona Department of Public Safety is investigating the accident.
