The driver and two passengers of the minivan sustained serious injuries and were transported to St. Charles Madras.

Madras, OR. – Four people were hospitalized following a two-vehicle crash on Monday morning in Madras, according to Oregon State Police.
The collision occurred around 6:20 a.m. on Highway 26, approximately three miles north of the Madras Airport.
Officials reported that a Chrysler minivan traveling eastbound drifted into the westbound lane and collided head-on with a Freightliner box truck.
The driver and two passengers of the minivan sustained serious injuries and were transported to St. Charles Madras.
The box truck driver was also taken to the hospital with possible injuries.
OSP stated that any potential charges will be determined following the investigation.
