Yuma, AZ. – A woman was seriously injured and a man sustained minor injuries in a two-vehicle collision in Yuma on Friday morning, according to the Yuma Police Department.

The crash occurred in the 7500 block of Avenue 3E at about 6:09 a.m. on Friday, November 21, 2025.

According to investigators, a 53-year-old woman was driving a 2016 Dodge Caravan northbound on Avenue 3E when she lost control and collided head-on with a southbound 2021 Ford F-150 operated by a 36-year-old man.

The woman sustained serious injuries while the man suffered minor injuries.

Both patients were transported to Onvida Health.

The woman was later airlifted to a Phoenix-area hospital for further treatment.

No arrests were reported.

The accident remains under investigation.
