Spring Hill, FL. – A 19-year-old boy died after being hit by a car as he rode a dirt bike in Spring Hill on Tuesday evening
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the accident happened around 7:30 p.m. on Deltona Boulevard.
The 19-year-old Spring Hill teen was riding a dirt bike northbound on Deltona Boulevard when he was hit by a southbound Chevy Avalanche that was making a left turn onto Loretto.
The teen was taken to the hospital, where he later died from his injuries.
More details about the accident were not released.
