Sparks, NV. – Two people were injured in a motorcycle crash early Saturday afternoon in Sparks.
According to the Sparks Police Department, the accident happened at the intersection of Rock Boulevard and Freeport Boulevard at 12:23 p.m.
A motorcycle was travelling southbound on Rock Boulevard when it collided with a vehicle turning left onto Freeport Boulevard.
The rider was ejected from the motorcycle after the collision.
The rider was taken to the hospital, where he remains in critical condition.
The driver of the vehicle suffered minor injuries and was also taken to the hospital for treatment.
The passenger was unhurt.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
