The Lake City man was hospitalized in critical condition
Columbia County, FL. – A 33-year-old woman died in a car crash on Tuesday night in Columbia County.
According to local police, the crash occurred on State Road 47 at around 11:10 p.m.
The middle-aged woman was driving a car southbound when she collided head-on with a northbound sedan driven by a 23-year-old Lake City man.
The Fort White woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Lake City man was hospitalized in critical condition.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
