Portland, OR. – A 59-year-old man died after being struck by a vehicle late last month in Northeast Portland.
The fatal accident happened around 8:00 p.m. on October 29, on Northeast 122nd Avenue.
The man was attempting to cross the street in a wheelchair when he was struck by a vehicle.
He was taken to the hospital, where he later died.
The involved driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with the investigators.
Police are investigating the accident.
